45 Pembridge Villas Surgery is a substantial three storey plus loft conversion, town house which had started to notice significant cracking throughout the property. STRESS UK were appointed to tackle the repairs.

  • Temporary scaffolding erected
  • Internal propping at ground floor level
  • Ground floor, front elevation: installation of 12lin m of 8mm Heli-stitch into front elevation
  • Ground floor: chased, cleaned out, bond and repair to match existing profile
  • Installation of cem-ties via face of flank wall into front elevation at 450mm vertical centres
  • Installation of vertical cross pins
  • First and second floor: Chased, cleaned out, bond and repair to match existing profile the cracks between the FF and SF windows, including the decorative rail detail.
  • Installation of Helibeam into front brickwork elevation at 450mm vertical centres.
  • Installation of up to 9no. 2.5lin m once bent ties between 1st, 2nd and 3rd intermediate level window reveals.
